Experimental study on frost resistance of hybrid fiber fly ash concrete

چکیده

Based on the orthogonal test, optimized ratio of hybrid fiber fly ash concrete prepared with different volume admixtures polypropylene and polyacrylonitrile fiber, lengths, was obtained, its frost resistance evaluated in terms mass change, dynamic elastic modulus, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength before after water salt freezing. Then, damage mechanism discussed by combining pore structure SEM analysis. The results show that relative modulus specimens freezing cycle are better than those same number freeze-thaw cycles, loss rate is less cycle; increased 8.5% 9.5%, 46.8% 12.1%, respectively, 60 times cycles compared benchmark concrete.
